The friendly staff and reasonable pricing added to our overall positive experience. We enjoyed the convenience and ease of accessing various points of interest in the city during our visit.

Room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and responsive to our needs, allowing for an early check-out and bag storage. Although issues arose with facilities, the hotel addressed them promptly. The breakfast area offered delicious food, while the location was convenient for work.

During my recent travel through Washington, I had a quick transit stay at Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C./U.S. Capitol. The convenience of the hotel being just one metro rail stop from Union Station, the transportation hub of the nation's capital, was a major plus. the proximity to various attractions such as The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the National Zoo made it a convenient choice for a short stay.

Despite the convenient location, the stay at Hilton Garden Inn Washington D.C. /U. S. Capitol was extremely disappointing.

Just stayed near Union Station, very convenient to DC armory. Beds were extremely comfortable, LOVED the superb breakfast. Sparkling clean rooms. Staff was so helpful. Would choose again. Photos don't do justice to the cozy atmosphere.

The rooms are very spacious. It has an iron and a good hairdryer.

Breakfast is not much for the price they charge. It's better to just go to the starbucks across the street as it's optional to stay for breakfast at the hotel.

The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean. No road noise. An excellent breakfast with a warm and helpful welcome, and a varied choice.

It was a room with a door that led to another room. You could hear people talking and TV. nothing too bad.

We had a fantastic time exploring Union Station, where we took a delightful trolley tour and enjoyed the charming duck tours. Additionally, the National Portrait Gallery was just a short distance away, providing us with a culturally enriching experience. The 24-hour fitness center was a great feature, allowing us to stay active even during our family trip.

My kids wished for a larger selection of kids' activities on-site.

Really dug the prime location near Union Station and the spacious, tranquil top-floor corner room with comfy beds and pillows - that's what's up. The joint had a rad vibe with refreshing infused water in the lobby and rockin' free coffee, but um, the pricey valet parking setup was kinda confusing. 🌟Vacationin' at this spot felt like a cozy, chill haven with all the sweet amenities, yo. But sort out that parking sitch, dudes, ease up that confusion, and we're all good!

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. the room service was exceptional, and the housekeeping did a great job in keeping our room clean and refreshed every day. the location of the hotel was convenient, allowing us to easily access various Capitol Hill facilities without any hassle. the comfortable beds and pillows provided a good night's rest, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It would be great if the hotel could improve the cleanliness standards in the rooms, as we noticed a few stains on the walls and curtains. It's important for all guests to feel comfortable and safe during their dining experience.

The room was very nice and big. The bathroom was also superb with lots of space. The staff at the front desk were always smiling and friendly and greeted us every time we arrived or left the hotel.

There weren't many restaurants near the hotel. We didn't like to walk around this area, so we always travelled by car. We were very busy with people outside the hotel.

We had a great time at this Hilton Garden Inn. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed close by. The AC worked well, which was a relief during the hot summer days. Plus, being close to the metro station made it convenient for us to explore the city. The best part was that there was a pharmacy, grocery store, and even a Starbucks within walking distance. We also loved that there were plenty of restaurants and beer gardens nearby, perfect for our evening outings.

We felt exceptional during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Omg, stayed near metro, walking distance to capitol! loved spacious & comfy rooms! but parking near wendy's was meh. Staff seemed rushed 😒. Overall, good stay! 🌟

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The children liked the pool very much, although in my opinion the water smelled too much of chlorine. There is a large grocery store next to the hotel.

The cleaning of the room was not very thorough. There were many homeless people near the hotel.

The geographical location according to what we had to do. The welcome of the hotel people was exceptional: smiles, answers to our questions, etc... Comfortable beds.

The price of parking which raises the bill impressively (50$ U.S. per day). I would have liked to know this detail before. The smell that seems to come from the carpets is average.

We visited Union Station and took a super fun duck tour and our very own trolley tour, which was a total blast. Plus, we were just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the National Portrait Gallery, where we saw some pretty cool stuff. And when we weren't out and about, we hit up the 24-hour fitness center and had way too much fun there too!

We would've loved it even more if there was a cool rooftop hangout spot where us young folks could chill and have some fun.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in the NoMa neighborhood for a business trip that lasted a week. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the variety of TV channels available. The highlight of my stay was the delicious omelets at breakfast, which I highly recommend trying!

What an amazing stay! The location was superb, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and even a grocery store within walking distance. Our room was clean, functional, and had all the amenities we needed, including free wifi, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator and microwave. But what really blew us away was the staff. Tanisha was an absolute delight and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. She explained hotel policies, made sure we were satisfied, and truly exemplified great customer service. The manager and associate also deserve a shout-out for their exceptional care and support during a difficult time for us. We felt genuinely taken care of, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for providing us with a calming and beautiful space to enjoy our time in the city. We are forever grateful.

The lobby of the hotel was absolutely charming, with a beautiful two-story wall of windows that let in plenty of natural light. The main sitting area featured a lovely blue tiled wall that doubled as a fountain, creating a soothing and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the general areas without any trouble.

I would have appreciated more accessible seating for the children of the staff, just to ensure everyone can comfortably relax during their stay.

The only issue was that the in-room safe stopped working and couldn't be fixed. However, the staff were quick to address the problem and luckily nothing was locked inside.

The Junior Suites are super spacious with a separate sitting area, a second TV, and all the amenities I need. I loved having the extra room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I personally found the lack of a bathtub in the suite a little disappointing, but I know others might not mind.
